September 10,1973 ~ February 23, 2024It is with great sadness that we announce the news of Lane’s passing at Bob Kemp Hospice in Hamilton on February 23, 2024, after his brief battle with Esophageal Cancer.
Fun Fact: Born & raised in Florida, USA, he came to Ontario, Canada with his mom & sister in 1982 at the age of 9 years old.
Lane was a genuinely kindhearted, patient & selfless man who loved his family with all his heart. Generous with his time, always willing to accommodate, who got much joy out of helping anyone who asked. He had a brilliant mind & enjoyed his work at Bell Canada. He loved the world of technology & sharing this with his friends. He had a great sense of humor which followed him right up until the day before he passed.
He will be deeply missed by his sister Slade Kitchener, his niece Brandi Parr, his nephew Alexander Parr, and many friends & colleagues.
Lane, you left this world much too early. You will be missed & left a huge imprint on many hearts.
May you Rest in Peace, your time on earth is complete, be proud.
