Peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, Alexander Franklin Nuesa Brillantes Sr. passed away on July 28th, 2023, after a lengthy illness at the age of 72.
He was born in Manila, Philippines, on April 8, 1951. He is survived by his loving wife, Corazon Sony Brillantes, of 52 years. He is lovingly remembered by his surviving siblings: Amalia Susan, Ferdinand Sonny, Ruby Girlie, Elmer Boyette, Jefferson Bobotte and his sons: Alexander Franklin Brillantes Jr. & Bernard George Brillantes, grandkids: Tiamo & Luke, Wesley & Laira Faye, Aaron & Maud, Megan & Jonathan, Ronin, and Emmanuelle, and great grandkids: Amarion, Marcello, and Xander.
He had a wide range of hobbies, including singing, playing the guitar, drums, and keyboard, making him an all-around musician. Alexander Sr. was also an active Church Member, serving the Lord passionately through the Music Ministry. Besides his musical talents, Alexander Sr. was also a writer, known for authoring and publishing captivating books.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, as his warmth, livelihood, and devotion to his family and faith left a lasting impact on those he touched.
