May 6, 1930 - April 8, 2024Passed away peacefully on, April 8, 2024, one month shy of her 94th birthday. Born in Wellesley, ON, daughter of the late Ethel Lederman and the late Albert Berscht. Beloved wife of 58 years to the late Leonard Savoie. Dear Mother of Deborah (Francesco Giulini), Judy (Bruce Carrick), Andrew (Maureen Gillis). Grandmother of Valentina Giulini (Tommy Hessel), Fabio Giulini (Sara Giovannini), Rachael Carrick (Joel Sypkes), Drew & Spencer Carrick and Ryan, Jason, Cassandra & Samantha Savoie. Great Grandmother of Alessandro & Sophia Hessel and Giada Giulini. Sister to Marilyn Berscht (late George Genzinger). Predeceased by her brother Franklin (Benny) Berscht (Jean).
At Elsie’s request, no formal service will be held. A casual celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
