April 11, 1941 - June 10, 2024It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Fay Bierd on June 10, 2024 in her 84th year surrounded by her loved ones. Devoted wife of John Bierd A.K.A. Johnny Angel, she was a cherished mother, adoring grandmother, loving sister and great grandmother.
Fay is survived by her husband John, her sister Grace and her sons Cory (Helen), Bryan (Kathryne) and Rob. Two daughters Jill (John), and Lori. Grandchildren Mat, Caitlyn (Alex), Ryan (Carly), Emily (Tyler), Alexander, Emerson, and Asher. One great grandchild Leo with a brother on the way. As well as many amazing family and friends.
She left an unforgettable mark on the lives of everyone she touched. Her heart was as big as her personality, always ready to lend a helping hand, offer guidance, and share her blessings. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
Per her request, cremation has taken place and we ask you to join us for a celebration of her life on June 23, 2024, 1:00-5:00 pm at The George Hamilton, 152 King St West, Hamilton.
She may have left us, but her spirit of generosity and compassion will never fade. In lieu of flowers, let us honour her memory by continuing to spread love and kindness within our communities. Please make a donation to your local food bank.
