October 21, 1958 – January 26, 2022It’s with great sadness that we announce Gary’s quiet passing on Wednesday January 26.
Gary will be deeply missed by his loving partner Elaine, his mother Vera, brothers Barry (Elaine) and Rodney (Cathy) and his sisters Marlene and Rhonda.
He will also be fondly remembered by all of his extended family - Doris (Rob), Susie (Jim) Joe (Debbie) Aline (Brian), Lisa “his favourite” (James) and the kids, step grand-children Cody, Sophie, Riley and all of his many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Gary loved nothing more than spending his day on the water, fishing his lake. It was his sanctuary, his serenity, his tranquility here on earth where he finally caught the big one.
When he wasn’t fishing, he was an incredibly hard worker who loved his animals.
At the request of the family, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be planned for the Spring. In lieu of flowers, a donation to an animal shelter of choice would be appreciated.
