Morgan, Judith

Morgan, Judith Hazel
March 10, 1948 – February 3, 2025

Judith Hazel Morgan (nee Foster) passed away peacefully on February 3, 2025, at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, Ontario, with her family by her side. She was 76 years old.

Born in Hamilton, Ontario on March 10, 1948, to Robert Michael Foster and Barbara Hicks Berry Foster (predeceased). Her older siblings Robert Jr. (Bonnie) and Rodney (Tiny), both predeceased. 11 years later Judith became the big sister to Leslie.

She was a devoted mother to Paul Jr. (predeceased), Robert (Aubrey) and Teresa (Kory). She was the beloved grandmother, supporter and cheerleader to Damon (Amber), Aliyah, Ali, Chanelle and Tristan. She also loved Emmanuel Jean like he was her own son. She was also the proud great grandmother to Daxon and Korissa.

She adored her nieces and nephews Nathan (Chantal), Daryl Foster (predeceased), Rodney, Kelly, Jason and Warren.

Judith loved her entire family! She tried her best to remain in contact with her loved ones both near and far. She was also fortunate to have lifetime friends whom she enjoyed getting together with or chatting with on the phone.

Judith dedicated her life to serving others. Whether this was through the OES, or other fraternities, she volunteered her time wanting to improve the life for others. A lifetime member of Stewart Memorial Church, she loved the Lord!

Judith was a sports enthusiast, had a fantastic sense of humour, said what was on her mind, was always smiling, silly, caring, generous, kind, thoughtful, and loyal. She loved watching the Y&R, any movie with Denzel Washington and her favourite tennis players Navak Djokovic and Serena WIlliams.

She will be remembered for being an exceptional mother and grandmother. She was the loudest cheerleader and clapper for all of the extracurricular activities. She was down for adventures and loved to spend time with her family.

Judith had a great career with the Royal Bank of Canada.

Thank you to the nurses, and medical team at Joseph Brant Hospital who treated our mom with exceptional care. Thank you for the tenderness, hugs, hand holding and singing that was given without delay.

As per her wishes, cremation has occurred. A celebration of life will be held in April 2025.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the MS Society or Joseph Brant Hospital would be appreciated.

Death is nothing else but going home to God,
the bond of love will be unbroken for all eternity.
