Burden, Lois Alberta (nee Roberts)
August 28, 1932 - September 30, 2022It’s with great sadness that we share the peaceful passing of Lois Burden on Friday September 30, 2022. Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Edgar Clayton Burden and Donald Robert Vickerman, Lois will be deeply missed by her loving children Karen (David )Vance, Kristie (Brian) Jordan , April Ahlborn and Patti (Andy) Sharman.
She will also be fondly remembered as the adored grandmother to Andrew (Jenn), Brianne (Pete) Matthew (Stephanie), Sally (Mike), Megan, Alex (Landon) Stephanie(Greg), Mackenzie and Justin; as well as great-grandmother of Gabriella,Luca, Sophia Asher,Chase and Gwenyth.
Lois graduated from the Brantford General Hospital nursing program in 1962. She was kind and deeply caring, but more than anything she was very proud of her family and leaves behind many beautiful memories.
As per her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private celebration of life for the family has been planned. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Breast Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
