Kelly, Lorna (nee Gibson)
December 2, 1942 - December 13, 2023It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lorna Kelly (nee Gibson) who died peacefully in her home on December 13,2023 after a brief illness in her 82nd year.
Lorna is loved and survived by her son Craig Newman (Dawn), her granddaughter Lindsay Newman (Martin Aldecoa), her sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Brian Kelly, son Mark Newman, mother Catherine 'Kay' Gibson and father Frederick 'Bunny' Gibson. She will also be greatly missed by her four cats Teddy, Puddin', Little Boy and Pretty Baby.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Headwaters Heath Care Centre, the Oncology staff at Credit Valley Hospital, Home Comfort Seniors Services and close friends and neighbours.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to the Orangeville Humane Society.
