January 24, 1959 - December 19, 2023Keating, Randy passed away suddenly at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Tuesday December 19, 2023 just shy of his 65th birthday. He will be missed terribly by his loving partner Doris Purcell and her son Rick Tucker (Heather). He is survived by his children Shane, Randell, Jordan and Grandchildren.
He was the beloved son of parents Ron and Agnes (King) Keating and brother to Dolores Norman (Morris), Ronny Keating, Darlene Keating, Cindy Griffiths (Brian), Rhonda Burke (Tom), Deanne Keating (Trevor Young) and brother-in-law Clifford Brothers as well as a multitude of nephews and nieces. Predeceased by baby brother Tony Keating, sister Carol Ann Brothers and nieces Christa Norman and Kelly Keating.
Randy was born and raised in Little Harbour Newfoundland and up until his untimely death still referred to this place as "Home". Throughout his life he loved playing baseball, golf, darts and loved watching his Montreal Canadiens. He also loved his cuddles with his fur baby Molly. Although the last few years have not been the easiest for Randy, he dealt with his health issues with a smile thanks to the never ending support from Doris to whom Randy's family are forever grateful.
Per Randy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a further date to be announced.
