October 10, 1951 - November 14, 2024It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maciej Wawrzewski on November 14, 2024, at the age of 73. Maciej was born on October 10, 1951 in Szczecin, Poland to Marian and Krystyna (Barbara) Wawrzewski.
Maciej worked as a printer for Eclipse Colour and Imaging in Burlington. He is survived by his loving wife Mary (nee Wiercioch), his sons Andrew and Christopher, and in Poland - brother Wojciech (Zofia) and sister Malgosia (Bogdan) Konieczny and niece Agnieszka Odwazna and nephews Poitr Konieczny and Pawel Wawrzewski.
Cremation has occurred and a mass celebrating his life will be held at St Stanislaus Church, 8 St. Ann St. Hamilton at 11:00am on Friday November 22, 2024 with burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
