October 7, 1954 - June 25, 2024Randy passed away peacefully at home listening to "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zeppelin surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, June 25th, 2024 at the age of 69. Randy battled gallbladder cancer with all the courage & strength he had but just couldnt overcome its wrath.
Survived by his loving wife, Christine Ferguson (nee Lester) in their 50th year of marriage.
Proud & loving father of Kyle & Candice Ferguson (James Arsenault).
Proud & loving Grampa to Parker & Kennedy Semple, Izzy & Lily Arsenault & Great Grampa to Theodore Arsenault.
Loving son & survived by his mother, Georgina Ferguson & preceded in death by his father, Eugene Ferguson (2019).
Survived by his siblings, Mike (Edit) Ferguson, Brenda (Steve) Farlow, Jim (Joan) Ferguson & Tim (Heather) Ferguson.
Lovingly missed by many nieces & nephews, Great nieces & nephews & a Great great niece.
Greatly missed by Special friends Ross (Deb) Carpino for over 50 years.
Retired in 2020, Randy will be missed by many friends & coworkers from Nexans (Fergus). Randy received great joy riding & travelling with Chris on his motorcycle, watching Toronto Maple Leaf games, reading his books & listening to Rock & Blues music, dancing with his wife & loving his family.
We would like to thank Dr Shafir & her palliative team for their care & compassion. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
Cremation has taken place & interment will take place at a later date.
