With profound sadness the family of Michael “Bubba” Morden announce his passing on Friday, January 17, 2025 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton Ontario, with his family by his side.Mike is the cherished son of Jean Morden (nee Halvorsen) and the late Edward Morden. Best big brother to Cheryl Callen (nee Morden) and a very proud father to his sons Brandon, Adam and Ryan. Cherished grandfather to Aubrey, Mason, Marcus and Max. He will be missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Mike will be forever remembered by his partner Roxanne Wilkieson.
Mike fought his battle of diabetes and kidney disease with such strength, courage and bravery. Mike will be remembered for his kind heart, humour and unwavering friendship.
The family will be forever grateful to the Doctors and Nurses in the Step Down Unit for their comfort, care and compassion. A celebration of life will take place Saturday February 1, 2025 from 2:00-6:00 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 58, 1180 Barton Street East, Hamilton ON.
